Creating General Transactions
In the left menu click “Finance” and select “Transaction”. A “Create
Custom Transaction” window will open. Fill “Actual Date” and “Name” fields and
enter as many entries as you want. You can choose to post the transaction
immediately or just create an un-posted transaction. You can also save the form
as a template that you can load and reuse later to create more transactions.
Once your transaction entries are balanced, click on “Save” to generate
the transaction.
You can load an existing template to create a
custom transaction. Click on the template that you want to use, and the GL
account entries will be loaded. You will only need to set the amounts for each
entry and save the transaction.
