Delivery Events

Delivery Events

Delivery Events are generated from sales/work orders.  When product is available or when the customer requires the product(s), a delivery event is generated from the work order to ship the goods.  A delivery event is also created for pick up so the system knows that the product has left the warehouse.  The product is removed from your inventory when the delivery is created.  A work order can have multiple delivery events.

To create a Delivery Event;
  1. Go to the work order
  2. Click on Generate Delivery
  3. Select the products and quantities being "delivered" and click save
  4. Click on Lineage and click Delivery #
  5. Preview/Print/Email Delivery document for processing
