Liability

On the left menu click “Finance” and select “Liability”. A “Create Payable” window will open. Fill in the form and click “Submit”.





The form will auto clear once you click submit and you can start creating another payable. You can find the payable you just created in the Payable Aging screen:



Pre-Payment

In the “Create Payable” window click on the “Pre-Payment” tab at the top and fill in the form.



The pre-payment will appear on the Payable Aging screen on pre-payment’s date:
