Event Comments

Event Comments can be used to add additional information to your PDF documents.  A comment code is added to the document, in the place where you want the information to display, then selected from the Comment button to be added.

  1. Click the COMMENT button to open the comment window.
  2. Select from the list of pre-configured comment codes then click "Add" to add the comment to the box showing in number #3.
  3. Using the "Add" button you can add pre-configured comment codes, OR you have the option to free type anything you like.
  4. By clicking any of these check boxes you will also add the text to these other documents.
  5. Hitting the blue  button will save these changes to the document.
