Event List Grids

Each event type, Quotes, Work Orders, Deliveries, Sales Invoices, and Product Returns, are viewed in a grid that easily sortable and searchable.

At the left of each grid, the list can be filtered by different criteria, these can include, but not limited to; customer name, po#, product, supplier, etc.  These will vary by event and can be configured to best suit your needs.  Once the parameter(s) have been added to the inputs, click the filter button to update grid list.  

The grid column can be filtered by clicking on the filter symbol in the column name box  The grid column can be filtered by condition types; such as equal to, not equal to, contains etc.  The filter can also be conditional with an additional filter using AND or OR.  For example, if you wanted to find open purchase orders that are older than a specific date, select "is before" and the date and click filter. 

Each grid is limited to fifty 50 records.  To see more click on the pagination at the top or bottom of the grid list results.


Along the top of the grid are tabs for the event stages.  The number of events in each stage follows the stage name. 


 At the top right next to the create event button is the Event/Line toggle.  This will switch the grid list from by event to by event line item.
