Exceptions Grid

Exceptions Grid

The inventory exceptions list can be found by navigating to Inventory > Exceptions.  This list represents anytime an event was unable to pull inventory and requires a backfill.  For example, a POS order or a Delivery that did not have inventory to fill the line item(s).  The line item will display a back order icon and the product will show a backfill on the product listing.

Each line is linked to the product or event that created the exception to help investigate the issue.

A count can be created from the exception list by clicking on the count button at the top left.

The toggle button  at the top right will toggle between event/product and grouping the products.

As with all grids, the list can be sorted and filtered in the column header.
