Fiscal Periods

To view current periods, click on the triangle  next to the year to view the period's months.

To close a period, click on the open icon  and the period will close .  All unposted transactions in a period must be cleared before a period can be closed.   Once a month is closed it can no  longer be posted to.  It is good practice to close each month once all entries have been made.
