Fiscal Periods

The fiscal period is set up during tenant implementation. To create additional fiscal periods, go to

Settings > Fiscal Periods and click + Create YYYY for next fiscal period.

To view current periods, click on the triangle

next to the year to view the period's months.

To close a period, click on the open icon

and the period will close

. All unposted transactions in a period and inventory backlogs, for current and all previous periods, must be cleared before a period can be closed. Once a month is closed it can no longer be posted to. It is good practice to close each month once all entries have been made. If a period needs to be reopened, click on closed icon

to reopen.

If any changes to the fiscal periods are not being reflected. Please click the

button in the top right corner of the window to refresh the system.
