A lead funnel is a process where a potential customer becomes aware of your products and services, shows interest, and hopefully moves through the funnel as a paying customer.
The Sandbox funnel provides a visual representation of your leads allowing you to easily manage different campaigns and levels of importance which hopefully leads you to a high conversion rate.The stages and number of stages are customizable to meet your needs. You can promote (or demote) each Lead through the funnel as needed with a next action date which makes sure it doesn't get lost. The colour of each stage is visualized throughout the Lead screen. As seen in the screenshot above the funnel on the left is coloured according to the stage as are the lead bubbles in the chart and the stages in the grid.

Lead Funnel
The lead funnel, also colour coded, will show you what dollar value you currently have open in the funnel in total and by team member (sales person). The displays can also be filtered by lead campaign to see total value and team member values.
Lead Functionality
Each Lead can be assigned to a person, customer, or prospective customer (Company). The amount of information you want to collect for each lead is customizable. Already built in are tracking activities (with email notification within your company), unlimited attachments, add contacts, the ability to follow events (quote, invoice) directly from the lead. A schedule/calendar can also be integrated to your lead module that is linked to each lead.
Lead Tracking
The lead module visual gives you a quick an easy way to manage your leads by specific time period to stay on top of potential sales. Won and Lost leads can also be reviewed once they leave the funnel.
