Linking a ToolBx Customer to Sandbox

The current method to link a customer to Sandbox is from from the customer's first order placed online. 

To link a customer;
  1. Go to the Customer's Ecommerce Order
  2. Copy the Ecommerce Customer ID from the left panel 
  3. Click on the Customer Name on the order, then click edit 
  4. Paste the copied Ecommerce Customer ID in the appropriate field  and Save
