Mapping Categories between Sandbox and ToolBx
Product categories setup in ToolBx will need to be linked from Sandbox to be able to select product for inclusion in ToolBx.
To link Sandbox to ToolBx;
- Open Categories from Sandbox Settings
(bottom left corner)
- Select the Category to link to ToolBx
- Click on Select to the right of E-Commerce Category
- Select the appropriate product category to link. When linking to a sub-category, click on the parent category to drill down.
- Categories are now linked and products in the Sandbox categories can be synced to ToolBx
