Master Data Grids

Each Master Data type, Customers, Suppliers, Companies, and People, are viewed in a grid that easily sortable and searchable.

At the top of each grid is a search input and the ability to add a new data entry.


To search the grid, add a search term and click the search button   The grid will be filtered by the search term after scanning multiple columns for the result.  You can search by email, city, and more... not just by name!  

The grid column can be filtered by clicking on the filter symbol in the column name box  The grid column can be filtered by condition types; such as equal to, not equal to, contains etc.  The filter can also be conditional with an additional filter using AND or OR.  For example, if you wanted to find a product that had the words "paint" and "white", you would use contains in each value condition with AND. 

Grid icons/buttons
  1.  Search the grid
  2.  Add a new record to the 
  3.  View data record.  Clicking on the name will also view record.
  4.  Edit Data record.  When viewing a record, the pencil icon will also let you edit. 
  5.  Only Show Active.  this will show inactive records when disabled.
