Sales Order Line Item

  1.  this menu will allow you to add notes to each product 
  2. ITEM: Product Number and Product Name are display.  The product number is linked to the product detail window.   
  3. INVENTORY : On hand, on order, sold (qty on other orders), and available to purchase (ATP) values.  In the case above, there are 45 of this product in the warehouse, 5 are on other undelivered orders, resulting in 40 available to purchase, and 7 are on order from the supplier.       
  4. QTY:  quantity requested on order. Pending will display remaining product required for this order.  In the case above, 2 have already been delivered, resulting in 3 still pending.  
  5. UOM:  Editable if other UOMs are available.  The quantity will adjust when changing UOMs.  
  6. UNIT PRICE:  product unit price (editable) and discount (editable)
  7. SUBTOTAL:  subtotal of line item and tax
  8. SOURCE: where the product will be sourced from; stock, purchase (order)
  9. LOCATION:  selectable if other storage locations are set up
  10. EST.COST/MARGIN: the estimated cost represents the current unit cost at time of entry and margin corresponds to this.
  11. TRASH CAN: used to delete the line
