Submitting Help Tickets

When submitting a support ticket, the more details you provide about the issue you're having the better we will be able to understand and resolve the issue quickly.  Let us know the function or area in Sandbox where you are encountering issues and if you are getting a specific error message, be sure to include it in your support ticket.

If you have more than one issue, please send in a ticket for each.  That way we can have the proper resources assigned to your issues.

Most times a picture can be worth a thousand words, take a screenshot and paste it into the support ticket.

How to take a screenshot;

Windows: hold down the windows and shift key and press S

Mac: hold down the command, control, and shift key and press 4
