Syncing Product to ToolBx

Products in Sandbox categories that have been linked to ToolBx categories can be synced to your storefront.

How to sync a product from the Settings App
  1. Click on Data from left menu
  2. Click Products from the top menu
  3. Check Ecomm Products to see all products that are synced or can be synced 
  4. Search or filter the grid to find products to sync, then select an Ecomm Action
    1. Products can be processed individually by clicking the action at the end on the product row, or in batch by selecting  one or more products from the column on the left of the grid.  When selecting products the Ecomm Actions will appear at the top next to the category selection. 
      1.  will sync product to the storefront 
      2.  will remove product from the storefront


Searching/Filtering Products for Selection
  1. Search Box - search term will match Product #, Name, Category, and Supplier fields.
  2. Class Type - filter by a specific Class or all
  3. Product Category - filter by Product Category assigned to products.  Cannot be a parent category.        
  4. Column Filters -  use the filter  in each column
