How to Sync Customer A/R from the Settings App
- Click on Data from the left menu
- Click on Customers from the top menu
- Search or filter the grid to select
customers to sync, then click Send Selected Customers (Maximum 50)
The Customer Data Sync Window will open to show the progress of syncing selected customer A/R.
- The sync will go through three stages; (1) Customer Sync, (2) Invoice Sync, and (3) Statement Sync.
- When each stage is compete a notification will appear on the screen.

- When all stages are competed, the message in the window will read Processing statements: Orchestration completed successfully. The Sync is complete and the window can be closed.
Syncing Monthly Statements to ToolBx
On the right side in the Settings App's Customer screen is a Sync Statements button. This will send the current Month's statement to ToolBx for all synced Customers. These should be synced after interest charges are applied to the month, if you are applying interest. The statement synced/uploaded will be for the month displayed on the button, so sync on the last day of the month to capture accordingly. Any subsequent syncs from this process for the same month will overwrite the previous statement.
Searching/Filtering Customers for Selection
- Search Box - search term will match customer #, Name, Email, Phone, Address, City State/Province, or Country
- Column Filters - use the filter
in each column
